What needs to be in place before design system begins?

We begin by reviewing existing interfaces, component patterns and engineering constraints. We check what you already have before recommending new assets, systems or supporting work. A useful system needs product ownership and agreement on whether coded components are included alongside design assets. Missing access or ownership is identified before delivery commitments are finalised.
