How long does a community management project take?
Timing depends on the availability of community purpose, member expectations and response responsibilities, the agreed deliverables and the speed of review. We set milestones for participation guidelines, production and final approval after discovery. Implementation dependencies and any ongoing review period are identified separately from the initial delivery date.
