Timing depends on the availability of existing copy, testable hypotheses and reliable action tracking, the agreed deliverables and the speed of review. We set milestones for hypothesis development, production and final approval after discovery. Implementation dependencies and any ongoing review period are identified separately from the initial delivery date.
