How long does a target audience research project take?
Timing depends on the availability of customer records, stakeholder questions and research access, the agreed deliverables and the speed of review. We set milestones for existing evidence review, production and final approval after discovery. Implementation dependencies and any ongoing review period are identified separately from the initial delivery date.
